Meet Meagan!
I am an aesthetician and laser technician here at Izalia Spa. I have been practicing aesthetics since 2002, and I have a passion for all things related to skin and beauty! My biggest reward is making people look and feel beautiful.
I believe personal connection is everything. Since we work in an industry that can be intimate at times, it is my goal to make every client I treat feel comfortable, valued, and at ease. I want the client to feel and know that they can trust my expertise!
Some fun facts about me are- I'm a Cali girl from beautiful Monterey, I have been a navy wife for 3.5 years, and I have loved getting to know our little Old Town community here in Alexandria.
Meet Ashley!
I am a full time nurse at INOVA in cardiac care, I love being able to use my nursing degree and knowledge on the other side of the spectrum here at Izalia. Working here is a rewarding change of pace and a more relaxed environment that adds balance to my week. I love building relationships with clients and seeing them through the process to hair-free skin!
Some fun facts about me are - I'm from the Poconos in northern PA and love to go back often and visit my family. I am a huge Harry Potter fan, I even got engaged at Harry Potter World in Florida! I love socks that have personality and match them with my mood or the season.
Meet Valerie!
I am the business manager here at Izalia Spa, and I am usually the first person you meet when you arrive. I have long had a passion for the spa/aesthetics industry and working at Izalia has been a dream come true for me! I love interacting with all of our amazing clients, I particularly love seeing clients after their first treatments, they can truly be a life changing experience!
I have also had the opportunity to go thru all of the treatments we offer and the changes to my skin are amazing! I love seeing the results and enjoying my clear, beautiful skin.
Some fun facts about me are - I am originally from upstate New York, I love all sports and particularly like to go to Nationals baseball games in the summer and can share countless bits of trivia about the team!
Meet Jenn!
As the newest member of the Izalia team, I feel so fortunate to be a part of an amazing all-female, owned, and operated team! I love the amazing Old Town community and the sweet and personable Izalia clientele. As I continue to build my knowledge of services and industry trends, I am so excited to be working with these talented, intelligent, and beautiful boss-women as it makes the journey all the more enjoyable and enriching.
Some fun facts about me are - I am originally from Richmond, Virginia and bring a little artsy, southern charm to the nation's capital. I love art and design, working as a international policy and data visualization specialist during the day. I've been in DC for almost 10 years, so I have taken up brunching on the weekends, true crime everything, and anything pop culture :)
